Into the Woods is a collective of Forest School leaders, OT assistants and woodland wellbeing practitioners. We run workshops for people in their local woodland, park or other green space.  We help people to get closer to and connect with the natural world, learn about and feel positive about their local green spaces, learn new skills, relax  and build self-confidence. Our woodland experiences aim to improve mental and physical health and wellbeing.

We specialise in working with mental health service users, people with dementia and their carers/partners and adults with learning difficulties. Our woodland wellbeing sessions and green care projects are usually for adults but we have worked with people of all ages, from 2-90+!

We run special sessions for support workers and carers as well as workshops for families. We work in Bristol and the surrounding area.

Find out more about us or get in touch if you’re interested in working with us. Go to the News section to discover what we’ve been up to recently.

Hello there, I work for a mental health charity in bristol and have a strong interest in nature based interventions. I’d like to have a chat about what you do, with a view to collaborating.
