Good from Woods: research toolkit

Nicola and I have been working with Silvanus Trust and Plymouth University for a couple of years researching woodland and wellbeing as part of their Good from Woods project.

They have now asked us to build a research toolkit to encourage and help other woodland practitioners to do their own independent research. We hope that this will help to build a body of evidence about the importance of woodland activities to health and wellbeing in the UK.

Read our Good from Woods Toolkit blog and do leave a comment with any thoughts.
